Ingredients (2 Servings)
  

  • 12 ozw Pulled BBQ Pork Shoulder
  • 6 floz SP Coleslaw Dressing
  • 2 cup Coleslaw Mix
  • 1 lb Baked Beans

Instructions
 

(2 servings) 4 servings

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl mix the coleslaw dressing with the coleslaw mix and place in refrigerator while you prepare the remaining items.
  • In one pot, heat BBQ Pulled Pork over low heat and the baked beans in the other. Stir occasionally being careful not to burn.
  • Once pork is hot as well as the baked beans, transfer to serving vessels or plates. The coleslaw should be ready as well. The pulled pork can be enjoyed as is or, if you have a few buns or rolls go ahead and make a pulled pork sandwich.
    Serve & enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

TIPS & TRICKS: This pulled pork is great on its own and as a lower carb option but if your diet allows, go ahead and try it as a sandwich using your favorite bun!
